Adnan Ghalib kick by his wife

TMZ is reporting that AzLynn Berry has filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court today, asking for legal separation effective January 18. The couple married in December 2003.

Adnan Ghalib tells TMZ it’s not a big deal and calls it “purely procedural.” “She’s had the papers for a while,” he tells us. “This is old.” Coincidence that Britney Spears came into his life recently? We think not.

AzLynn Berry demands a legal separation and cites “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the break-up. And she insists Adnan must pay her attorney fees and costs.

Azlynn has finally had enough of ladies’ man Adnan after maintaining a dignified silence while he shamelessly flaunted his relationship with Britney to the world.

She eventually spoke out to publicly warn her two-timing husband not to even think about marrying the gimme more singer.

She said: “The only way he’ll marry her is over my dead body.

“We were living together as man and wife when he started romancing Britney.”

Azlynn filed the papers as Britney appeared to have also had enough of Adnan.

Sources say she gave him the boot after deciding he was exploiting her to boost his career.

The break-up is so bitter Briteny has allegedly taken out a restraining order against the Brummie.

But Adnan has denied reports he was trying to sell his story for more than $2million and insisted: “Everything is and was fine.”
