Accourding to theinsideronline , that the true story is a fight between Britney and her BFF Sam Lutfi breaks out. Britney's in tears, jumped out and started walking away from the car that was parked at the gates. Than Spears' called Adnan to come to the residence. Once he arrived, Lutfi would not allow him entrance. Adnan texted Lutfi to see what was going on and that's when Adnan recieved this text from Lutfi claiming his (Adnan's) presence was going to "kill her (Britney)." Lutfi's text to Adnan also revealed that she was with a doctor at the time.

BRITNEY SPEARS' paparazzo boyfriend ADNAN GHALIB has been condemned by friends of the star for revealing her personal voicemails on TV.
Adnan Ghalib , who has been dating the gimme more singer since new year, played several voicemails left on his cellphone during an interview on U.S. show Entertainment Tonight.
In the clips played, Spears appears to mispronounce Ghalib's first name as "Aiden".
Spears is heard to say, "Hi Aiden (sic), it's your favourite person in the whole world, gimme a call, bye." Another message played on the show features Spears talking in her British accent; something Ghalib insists is perfectly normal behaviour.
He says, "I'm sure you do the same things sometimes where you're away for the day or you know you aren't gonna see someone for the remainder of the day, and you just want to hear their voice." It's not the first time Ghalib's motives for dating Spears has come into question - earlier this month (Jan08) he was accused of setting up pictures of himself and Spears for the benefit of his own financial gain and his picture agency employer.
Britney Spears was warned by many members of her family that her photographer slash boyfriend would sell her out at the very first chance he got. There have been reports that none of the family trusts him, both Jamie Lynn Spears and her cousin Alli Sims have expressed doubt over the paparazzo that is now one of Britney's closest confidantes.
And now a report claims that photographer Adnan Ghalib, 35, has been filming Britney crying and babbling on about her recent breakdown. According to a new report from the British tabloid "News of the World" he wants to sell the clips to the highest bidder and may want as much as $2 million for the clips.
According to the report, a source who saw the video says, "It's like something out of a horror movie. Britney spends the whole time ranting, raving and weeping. It's not entertainment." It does sound very sad and it is hard to tell who would want the video or who would dare air it on television. If there are actually these clips out there it would seem like really piling on to air them.

Defiant Adnan Ghalib has insisted he hasn’t been dumped by Britney Spears - and claims she wanted to have his baby.
The British snapper also said he would have married Britney if she had asked and claimed: “This relationship is far from over.”
Adnan gave interviews to two US TV shows in which he hit back at reports he has tried to cash in on the romance.
And he spoke for the first time about the photographs of Britney picking up a pregnancy test which sparked speculations she could be expecting.

The married two-timer said: “I think she was hoping she was pregnant with my child.
“I think she felt that she was.
“She has a very maternal instinct.
“She was feeling a lot of things she said she felt when she was pregnant.”
The Birmingham-born snapper told US TV show The Insider he is sure Britney wants to have more kids. Adnan was asked if the troubled mum-of-two would like another child, and replied: “I think I would have to say yes.”
He also told the show: “The beautiful thing about Britney is she is spontaneous.”
Adnan admitted Britney does not know he had agreed to do a television interview.
Quizzed on whether he fears the fallen pop princess will never speak to him again, he said: “I’m not worried about that.”
Adnan claimed critics just don’t want Britney to find happiness and enjoy a “fairytale” ending.
He told telly show Entertainment Tonight he spoke to the Gimme More singer on the phone as recently as Monday night, when she apparently said she wanted to see him.
He insisted she had “absolutely not” taken out a restraining order against him.
Adnan said: “You know. It’s unfortunate and I hate to say it, but people don’t like happy in Hollywood.
“People don’t want fairytale happy endings.
“I don’t think anybody wants her to be happy.
“It’s sad but it’s very, very true.
“Whatever it takes. Scandal sells.”
Adnan denied trying to sell pictures of him with Britney, saying: “No, never, and in time I think people will understand that.
The married videographer said he had a sexual relationship with Britney and believed he was falling in love with her.
He said: “Sometimes it’s hard not to.”
But he insisted the relationship was strictly professional until late December - and claimed their romance left him stunned.
He said: “To be honest with you sometimes in life we prepare ourselves with things that may happen but I was definitely not prepared in any way shape or form for that.
“I was beyond shocked.”
Adnan said he was attracted to Britney because she is “truly, truly amazing”. He said: “A lot of people perceive to know or understand her.
“She is the most photographed woman in the world.
“You see pictures of pretty much everything she ever does.
“It’s just unfortunate that unless you take the time to scratch the surface and see what is really within you can’t see how truly, truly amazing she is.”
Asked if he would marry Britney, Adnan said: “Would anybody say no?”
But he said the only reason she was snapped wearing his ring was because he had a swollen finger and she took the ring off him.
Adnan said he did not know the dress Britney wore when they recently visited a car dealership was her wedding dress.
He said: “Sometimes she just likes to make an effort and dress up or wear something really nice.”
He insisted he was not being paid for the interview, saying: “No, not at all.”

Britney show her nips again when she arrived at the Los Angeles office of Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, accompanied by Sam Lutfi, Monday for an ongoing deposition in their custody battle.
At 10:40 a.m., Spears, 26, wearing a dark blue top and jeans, drove up to the office in her white Mercedes-Benz SL65 and addressed photographers in a British accent.
After missing numerous appointments for the court-ordered cross examination, Brit gave nearly two and a half hours of testimony. Britney was likely grilled about her past drug and alcohol use, her apparent failure to follow court orders and other matters pertaining to her parenting skills. Brit and Sam lutfi left Kaplan’s office around 1:20pm.

Federline’s attorney will use evidence gathered in depositions to try to convince a court that his client should retain primary physical custody of the ex-couple’s children. A custody trial is set for April.
However Britney’s appearance is an important first step towards getting her kids back. People that are mentally ill have good and bad days like anyone else, and Britney appears to have put together a small stretch of better behavior the last 24 hours or so.
It was an impromptu paparazzi party Saturday night at Britney Spears’ place and yet Brit’s shutterbug boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, was nowhere to be found. Maybe that’s because she dumped his a**. Britney, reportedly feeling bad about those poor paparazzi getting arrested last week for driving all crazy (it’s not like she can’t relate) invited three of ‘em over to her crib for four hours this weekend, including Filipe Teixeira, the photographer who introduced Spears to Ghalib.
And while Britney Spears was getting her paparazzi party on, the shady Sam Lutfi was getting his revenge on, we suspect. Lutfi is reported to have shown several photographers a restraining order taken out against Adnan Ghalib after he allegedly tried to sell photographs of Britney Spears to the media. But Ghalib told TMZ that “everything is fine” and Britney Spears is “in the care of Sam.” Well, there ya go!

It appears that Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib had learned to share Brit, after all there’s plenty of gas stations and convenience stores in the Los Angeles area for both of them to buy Brit’s snacks and cigs at. But we’ve got to imagine these two aren’t best buds, drinking beers and laughing over the best way to make a buck off Britney. And if Adnan really did try to sell pics of Spears (and they’re probably of the very personal variety) he may have just gotten himself voted off the reality show that Britney Spears’ life seems to have become.
However, Ghalib, and the Los Angeles Police Department for that matter, claim ignorance regarding any kind of restraining order against him. In a statement found on the FinalPixx website, Ghalib states, “All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning. The reason being that I had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears.”
And it’s not like things are looking too good for Adnan back at the ranch either. Apparently the wifey, (Yes, Britney is/was dating a married paparazzi) AzLynn Berry, is pretty upset with her hubby and there is no way in hell she’s gonna let her man just up and marry Britney Spears (it doesn’t look like that’ll be an issue now though). The model/beautician told Access Hollywood, “The only way he’ll marry her is over my dead body.”
That pretty much sums it up, but in case you don’t get the point she goes on: “we were living together as man and wife when he started romancing Britney. I believed he was purely working and he was trying to win her confidence for a photo shoot…it’s been reported ours was a marriage of convenience to help him get his green card but that’s simply not true. He’s broken my heart and I haven’t stopped crying for two weeks. But he’s living on the same fantasy planet as her if they think they’ll be walking down the aisle anytime soon.” Damn, girl!

TMZ is reporting that AzLynn Berry has filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court today, asking for legal separation effective January 18. The couple married in December 2003.
Adnan Ghalib tells TMZ it’s not a big deal and calls it “purely procedural.” “She’s had the papers for a while,” he tells us. “This is old.” Coincidence that Britney Spears came into his life recently? We think not.

Britney Spears’ lawyers will apparently go to court Wednesday and ask Commissioner Scott Gordon to allow Brit “monitored visitation in a therapeutic setting.”
Brit’s family and professionals in her life have been planning a “creative way” to get Britney mental help for what has been long speculated as a bipolar disorder. The family and professionals may have come up with a clever way of getting her evaluated and hopefully treated. But it’s likely to get denied.
According to TMZ , Commissioner Scott Gordon has repeatedly ordered Britney Spears to undergo a psychological evaluation multiple times but Britney has refused to comply. Evaluating bipolar disorder is a long process. If it’s done pursuant to a 730 evaluation, the results are submitted to the court. If the Commish were to accept an alternative form of treatment, a doctor-patient privilege could prevent certain information from making its way to the court (unless the privilege is waived).
K-Fed’s lawyers (and probably the court) will not want Brit to bypass the 730 evaluation process. That could make it unlikely for Brit’s lawyers to win a bid to regain visitation in a therapeutic setting. It’s sad that Britney is not in the lives of her children but if the court holds firm it may force her to get the psychological evaluation she really needs.
